The Complete Usability Testing Template Toolkit

If you are going to have a user testing session for a product, here is a very handy usability testing template toolkit. It includes everything you need to run a successful user testing session.

01 - User Testing Lean Canvas - Project plan 
The most important thing is to have a plan for your testing session, the most effective and efficient way is to start with a user testing lean canvas. This template is what I have been using in real projects.

02 - Concent Form x3 - User testing / NDA form / Group workshop 
Second, it's better to agree with your users upfront with a few things:) E.g. Do they allow you to record the session?

03 - Testing Script Template 
The file is an example of a user testing script; it shows how to structure a user testing sessions usually.

04 - Testing Tasks Template 
Well, more importantly, design your testing tasks. The best way we found is to design scenario-based tasks. Here is a template you can use. 

05 - Testing tasks Real Project Examples 
If you still want to know more how to design the testing tasks, have a look at a real project example:) When you finish the testing, you could cut the tasks and do affinity mapping straightaway. Or do it digitally if you prefer.
